These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of solenkn.com and any client portal we make available (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. Professional services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate written services agreement, which prevails over these terms in the event of a conflict.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and, in particular, not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated traffic intended to degrade service
• Scrape or reproduce Site content for commercial redistribution without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or registering an account

3. Accounts

If we issue you client portal credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@solenkn.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that present a security risk or breach these terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and graphics — are owned by Solenkn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial reference. All other rights are reserved. Ownership of deliverables produced in client engagements is defined in the applicable services agreement, not these terms.

5. Content is not professional advice

Material published on the Site, including Insights articles, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, medical, or investment advice, and it does not create a client relationship. You should take appropriate professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
