Solenkn (“we”, “us”) is an AI consultancy serving clients in the financial services and healthcare industries. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through solenkn.com and in the course of providing our services. For any privacy question, contact privacy@solenkn.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect personal data in three ways:

• Data you provide directly — your name, email address, organization, and message content when you use our contact form, apply for a role, or register for a client portal account.
• Data collected automatically — standard technical information such as browser type, device characteristics, pages visited, and approximate region, gathered through cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy.
• Data received in engagements— where a client engagement involves personal data, we process it strictly under the client's instructions as set out in the applicable services agreement and data processing terms.

3. How we use personal data

We use the data described above to:

• Respond to inquiries and manage prospective and existing client relationships
• Provide, secure, and improve our website and client portal
• Evaluate job applications
• Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use data received from client engagements to train models for other clients.

4. Legal bases

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (responding to your requests, delivering services), legitimate interests (operating and securing our website, developing our business), consent (non-essential cookies, marketing communications), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Contact inquiries are retained for up to twenty-four months after our last exchange. Job applications are retained for twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Engagement records are retained for the period required by the applicable services agreement and by law.

6. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who support our operations (such as email and website analytics providers) under contracts that restrict their use of the data, with professional advisers where necessary, and with authorities where legally required. We require all processors to apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@solenkn.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and the secure development practices described on our Security page. No system is perfectly secure, but we design ours so that a single failure does not expose your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change, and we will revise the date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be highlighted on this page in advance where practicable.
